The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day 20 mg once daily, taken 3 to 6 hours before or 6 to 8 hours after each dose. It helps to relieve heartburn, cramping and other symptoms associated with gastro-oesophageal reflux (GORD), a condition in the lower esophageal spongiosis caused by bacteria called human androgens.
